The 2019 ASCLD symposium may have come and gone, but the experience is not to be forgotten. The theme for this past year was “Embracing Change – Honor the Past, Engage the Present, Prepare for the Future”, was very appropriate.
Attendees were able to attend and participate in a variety of workshops and functions prior to the start of the symposium, including the 6th annual Leadership Academy, a DVI workshop, a New and International Attendees Reception, and a Retiree Reception.
During the Symposium Plenary sessions, attendees heard about the Impact of Positive Change, Change Management, Leading Change, new technologies, updates on ASCLD’s Initiatives, among many other topics.
The symposium broke another attendance record with over 560 attendees representing the United States and 18 additional countries.
