American Systems Corp., Analytic Services Inc. and Ideal Innovations Inc., have won a multiple award contract to compete for approximately $145 million in task orders to provide forensic services to the Army.
DNA backlog still plagues HPD crime lab
Texas
Officials say the continuing HPD backlog has increased the urgency for Houston and Harris County leaders to build a regional forensic lab, even as the city announced plans Thursday to spend $1.3 million to upgrade its understaffed DNA lab.
